RadCalc® is one example of our commitment to responding to the needs of Radiation Oncology health care providers by contributing to the enhancement of the quality of their work, and to the quality of life of their patients. RadCalc® was developed by our board certified physicist to make independent MU and Point Dose verification accurate, quick, and easy, by including fully automated dosimetric calculations, instant patient database access, import (from radiation therapy planning systems) and export (to verify and record systems) features, multiple site support, and many other features not found in other independent monitor unit & point dose verification programs. We believe these advanced features demonstrate our commitment to move in-step with any changes in RTP technology. Another example of this commitment to remaining on the cutting edge of technology is our support of IMRT technology. RadCalc® is the market leader in IMRT verification software servicing radiation oncology centers worldwide and growing rapidly. RadCalc® makes the implementation of IMRT simpler by providing an accurate, quick, and easy method to verify IMRT treatment and Brachytherapy calculations.

Base Salary
Our base salary ranges are locally developed to be competitive in each market. The application of these ranges to what individuals are actually paid reflects skill sets, performance, and experience.
Short Term Incentives
This compensation element may include cash awards to eligible associates based on achievement of individual and company goals.
LongTerm Incentives
This compensation element offers long term incentives in the form of a SEP IRA plan.
Associate Benefits
